Pendekatan Participatory Action Research dalam Memakmurkan Masjid melalui Sosialisasi Remaja dan Masyarakat

Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (PAR) untuk mengatasi penurunan aktivitas keagamaan yang berpusat di masjid di Klenisan, RT 03/RW 04, Geneng, Gatak, Sukoharjo. Masalah utama yang teridentifikasi adalah rendahnya partisipasi pemuda dan anggota masyarakat dalam revitalisasi masjid, yang diperparah oleh keterbatasan literasi Al-Qur'an dan tidak adanya program keagamaan yang dipimpin oleh pemuda. Dengan menggunakan metodologi PAR, penelitian ini melibatkan pemetaan aset, wawancara pemangku kepentingan, dan perencanaan aksi kolaboratif. Dua tindakan utama dilakukan: sesi sosialisasi tentang revitalisasi masjid yang dihadiri oleh 16 pemuda dan 17 warga, serta forum aspirasi yang menghasilkan program keagamaan terstruktur di bawah Divisi Keagamaan Organisasi Pemuda (Karang Taruna). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan partisipatif secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan motivasi pemuda untuk berkontribusi dalam kegiatan masjid. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa PAR secara efektif mendorong transformasi keagamaan dan sosial dari bawah ke atas, terutama ketika pemuda diposisikan sebagai agen perubahan, bukan sekadar penerima manfaat pasif.
